Lainey joined our team in late 2023. Her mom worked with State Farm for over 20 years and she is proud to continue the family tradition and has enjoyed working with so many new people to help them with all their insurance needs. Lainey is new to insurance but very eager to learn. In her free time she enjoys exploring Louisville's unique food scene and spending time with her cat Nub!

Lacey is our Customer Service Representative and Ryne’s wife. Lacey is also a office manager at Solstice Dental and Aesthetics. On her days off she works here to help out anywhere she is needed. Lacey has a passion to help people and loves helping with local nonprofit organizations. In her free time she loves traveling with her husband to see family and friends, exercising, and being with their dog Murray!

Melody is the newest addition to the team, joining us from Dallas, TX. She started in the insurance industry in 2009 and we are so happy to bring her expertise to our office. Her passion is helping others, she is fluent in Spanish and especially enjoys helping the Hispanic community. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, baking and expressing herself artistically.

Wes has a passion for helping people and is eager to establish himself as a dependable resource for our customers and community. Outside of work, Wes is an avid whitewater kayaker and drummer. He enjoys river trips, going to shows, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

Brandon joined our team in August 2025. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2024 from Concordia University St. Paul with a BA in Business Administration. He has over 14 years experience with customer service in various fields including the medical field, fitness, entertainment industries. He enjoys helping the community around him however he can. He is excited to expand his experiences into the insurance business. He is an avid Louisville fan. In his free time, he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and their dog Maggie, watching Los Angeles athletic team games, along with any other sports on TV, with his favorite being baseball, and helping others with fitness goals as a personal trainer.
